I wanted to write a quick note expressing my satisfaction with the AUDIT Trax system that we are currently using. It has simplified the initial tracking process for the continuous RAC additional development requests, results, denials and appeals. The tracking system has enhanced efficiency of our overall RAC review process ensuring that we know where each account is at all times for each of the facilities in our organization.
